Kampot takes its name from the pepper-growing coastal province of Cambodia, the world’s most prized peppercorn origin. We carry that provenance into every dish: Fish Amok steamed in banana leaf with hand-pounded kroeung, Pho simmered for hours on a bone broth, hand-folded dim sum from our Wednesday steam baskets.
We are not a pan-Asian restaurant. We are Bangalore’s first and only dedicated Cambodian kitchen and a serious Vietnamese table alongside it.

The chef secrets
Every dish on the Kampot menu begins with a paste, a broth, or a fold. Kroeung pounded by hand. Pho bones charred before they meet the stock pot. Dim sum skins rolled thin enough to see light through. The cooking here is technique-first — rooted in Vietnamese and Cambodian tradition, made from scratch daily across all three kitchens.
